By accessing or using MiraJ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, strict or otherwise, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

MiraJ provides a platform for building and managing AI workflows ("Flows") by connecting various AI models and prompts. The Service allows users to generate text, images, and other media ("Content") using third-party AI models.

3. User Accounts

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of AI Models

The Service integrates with third-party AI models. Your use of these models is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective model providers. You acknowledge that AI models may generate unpredictable or inaccurate results ("Hallucinations") and that MiraJ is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or safety of such generations.

5. Credits and Subscriptions

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased via monthly or yearly subscriptions, or as one-time packs. Credits are consumed based on the computational resources required for each model execution. Subscription details, including pricing and credit allowances, are available on our Pricing page.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the Content you generate using the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. MiraJ retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassment, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MiraJ makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the Content generated.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MiraJ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
